The Sea Fishing (Licences and Notices) (Revocation) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020

Coming into operation-
The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs1 makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(B) of the Sea Fish (Conservation) Act 19672.

Citation and commencement1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Sea Fishing (Licences and Notices) (Revocation) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020 and come into operation on 17th March 2020.

Interpretation2.

The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 19543 applies to these Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Assembly.

Revocation3.

The Sea Fishing (Licences and Notices) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 20194 are hereby revoked.
