Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Sea Fishing (Licences and Notices) (Revocation) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020 and come into operation on 17th March 2020.
Interpretation
2. The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954(3) applies to these Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Assembly.
Revocation
3. The Sea Fishing (Licences and Notices) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2019(4) are hereby revoked.

These Regulations revoke the Sea Fishing (Licences and Notices) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2019.
Formerly the Department of Agriculture for Northern Ireland; see S.I. 1993 (N.I.1), Art 3(4), and the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, see the Departments Act (Northern Ireland) 2016 Chapter 5 Article 1(2).
