The Gas (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020

Interpretation

2.—(1) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954(1) applies to these Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Assembly.

(2) In these Regulations—

“the Gas Order” means the Gas (Northern Ireland) Order 1996(2); and

“the EU Exit Regulations” means the Electricity and Gas etc (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019(3).
