Coming into operation

The Department for Communities M1 makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 147(4), 149(6) and 171(1), (3) and (4) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992 M2 and now vested in it M3.
