The Avian Influenza (H5N1 in Poultry) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 20074 are amended as follows.

In regulation 13(2)—
a
in sub-paragraph (c)(i), for “UK” substitute “UK(NI)”;
b
omit sub-paragraph (c)(iii).

In the Schedule, in paragraph 2, in the mark and in sub-paragraph (a), for “UK” in each place it occurs, substitute “UK(NI)”.
