After Regulation 1(5) insert—

“(6)

In relation to any premises of a business or members' club selling or supplying food and drink or intoxicating liquor, an area adjacent to the premises where seating, tables or other facilities are made available for customers of the business or members' club (whether or not by the business or members' club) is to be treated as part of the premises.”
