Citation and interpretation
1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Historical Institutional Abuse (Northern Ireland) Act 2019 (Commencement No. 1) Order (Northern Ireland) 2020.
(2) In this Order “the Act” means the Historical Institutional Abuse (Northern Ireland) Act 2019.
Commencement
2. The day appointed for the coming into operation of the following provision of the Act is the 27th March 2020–
(a)Part 1 (the Historical Institutional Abuse Redress Board); and
(b)Schedule 1 (the Historical Institutional Abuse Redress Board).
