The Review of Children's Cases Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996 M1 shall apply subject to the modifications in paragraphs (2) and (3).

Regulation 3 (time when case is to be reviewed) shall apply as if there were substituted—

Each case is to be reviewed in accordance with guidance issued by the Department.

Regulation 11 (application of the Regulations to short periods) shall apply as if paragraph (2) were omitted.
