PART 4 N.I.Final provisions

Review of need for restrictionsN.I.

12.  The Department of Health must review the need for the requirements imposed by these Regulations as part of the reviews conducted as required by the International Travel Regulations.

Expiry of these RegulationsN.I.

13.—(1) These Regulations expire on 23rd March 2022.

(2) The expiry of these Regulations does not affect the validity of anything done pursuant to these Regulations before they expire.

RevocationsN.I.

14.  The following are revoked—

(a)regulation 1 of The Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel and Public Health Advice for Persons Travelling to Northern Ireland) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020 M1,

(b)The Health Protection (Coronavirus, Public Health Advice for Persons Travelling to Northern Ireland) (No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020 M2,

(c)The Health Protection (Coronavirus, Public Health Advice for Persons Travelling to Northern Ireland) (No. 2) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020 M3,

(d)regulations 1 and 2 and Part 2 of The Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel, Pre-Departure Testing and Operator Liability) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2021 M4.

M1S.R. 2020 No. 179. Regulation 3 of S.R. 2020 No.179 was revoked by S.R. 2020 No. 215 and regulation 2 of S.R. 2020 No. 179 was revoked by S.R. 2021 No. 99. This revocation revokes the remainder of S.R. 2020 No. 179.

15.  These Regulations have effect, and are deemed to have effect, at the same time as the Health Protection (Coronavirus, International Travel) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2021.
