Coming into operation
The Department of Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Articles 23(1), (2)(a), (b), (f), and (h), (4), (7)(c) and 48(2) of the Health and Personal Social Services (Quality, Improvement and Regulation) (Northern Ireland) Order 20031 makes the following Regulations.
In accordance with Article 23(8) of that Order it has consulted with such persons as it considers appropriate.
