These Regulations amend the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2021 by—permitting conferences and exhibitions with certain restrictions;removing the limit on persons who may be seated at a table to consume food and drink;removing the restriction on outdoor house parties, outdoor raves or outdoor gatherings at a private dwelling; other laws may still place restrictions on such events;removing references to bubbles; andmaking some technical changes.
