EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order brings into operation provisions in the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2015.
Article 2 brings paragraph 7 of Schedule 2 to the Welfare Reform (Northern Ireland) Order 2015 into operation on 19th August 2021 to amend Section 72(2)(b) of the Social Security Administration Act (NI) 1992 with regard to recovery of overpayments of Universal Credit.
