22. After paragraph (2) of Regulation 7 (Enforcement of requirement) insert—
“(2B) (a) Where the conditions in sub-paragraph (b) apply, a relevant person may direct a person P to return to the place where they normally live.
(b)The conditions are—
(i)that a relevant person considers that P is outside of the place where they normally live; and
(ii)that P is engaged in, or is intending to engage in, activity prohibited by Regulations 4 to 6C.”.
