10. In regulation 7(2) of the Social Security (Recovery of Benefits) (Lump Sum Payments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2008(1) (exempted trusts and payments) after subparagraph (o) insert—
“(p)any payment made under the Windrush Compensation Scheme (Expenditure) Act 2020.”.
