9. In regulation 2(2) of the Social Security (Recovery of Benefits) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1997(1) (exempted trusts and payments) after sub-paragraph (r) insert—
“(s)any payment made under the Windrush Compensation Scheme (Expenditure) Act 2020.”.”
