Before regulation 4(2)(e) insert—
a
ensure that visitors remain in their allocated seating indoors except:
i
for the purposes of entering or exiting the premises, accessing a table, making a payment, accessing a buffet or carvery, or accessing and using a toilet, baby changing or breast feeding facilities or a smoking area; or
ii
visit a place where a marriage ceremony or civil partnership ceremony may lawfully take place, for the purposes of viewing the facilities;
b
prevent the consumption of food or drink (including intoxicating liquor) by visitors indoors on the premises other than by a person seated;
c
in a venue where intoxicating liquor is sold or provided, permit orders for food or drink (including intoxicating liquor) to be placed only by persons seated;
d
other than in relation to an event to celebrate a marriage or civil partnership, ensure that the number of persons (not including children aged 12 or under) seated at any one table is no more than six, or no more than ten if those seated at the table comprise a single household;
