The Department for the Economy (1) in exercise of the powers conferred by Articles 3 and 8(4) of the Education (Student Support) (Northern Ireland) Order 1998(2), Articles 4(8) and 14(4) of the Higher Education (Northern Ireland) Order 2005(3), paragraph 1(1) and (3) of Schedule 2 to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018(4) and section 14(1), (2) and (3) of the European Union (Withdrawal Agreement) Act 2020(5) makes the following Regulations.
