This paragraph applies to premises which are specified in an occasional licence granted under article 30 of the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 and which are wholly or mainly outdoors.

A person responsible for carrying on a business or a members’ club at premises to which this paragraph applies must –

i

carry out a risk assessment which complies with the requirements of regulation 9(5)(a);

ii

retain the risk assessment referred to in head (i) on the premises and make it available immediately for inspection by visitors to the premises or to a relevant person on request; F9...

iii

take all reasonable measures to limit the risk of transmission of the coronavirus in accordance with regulation 9(5)(b) F10;

require audience members to obtain a ticket in advance of attending an event; and

v

comply with the duty in regulation 15 (Visitor and Attendee Information).
