5.[F1(1) A person responsible for carrying on a business or a members’ club which sells or provides food or drink (whether or not including intoxicating liquor) for consumption on the premises [F2(other than premises to which F3... [F4regulation [F52 or] 4] applies)]

[F6(a)must not permit the consumption of food or drink (including intoxicating liquor) indoors on the premises other than by a person seated at a table;

(b)in an indoor venue where intoxicating liquor is sold or provided, must permit orders for food or drink (including intoxicating liquor) to be placed only by persons seated at a table;

(c)other than in relation to an event to celebrate a marriage or civil partnership, ensure that the number of persons (not including children aged 12 or under) seated indoors at any one table is no more than six, or no more than ten if those seated at the table comprise a single household;]

(ii)visit a place where a marriage ceremony or civil partnership ceremony may lawfully take place, for the purposes of viewing the facilities,

(l)display prominently, at each part of the venue, the maximum number of persons who may be seated in that part of the venue;]

[F20(3) (a) This paragraph applies to premises which are specified in an occasional licence granted under article 30 of the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 and which are wholly or mainly outdoors.

(b)A person responsible for carrying on a business or a members’ club at premises to which this paragraph applies must –

(i)carry out a risk assessment which complies with the requirements of regulation 9(5)(a);

(ii)retain the risk assessment referred to in head (i) on the premises and make it available immediately for inspection by visitors to the premises or to a relevant [F21officer] on request; F22...

(iii)take all reasonable measures to limit the risk of transmission of the coronavirus in accordance with regulation 9(5)(b) [F23;]
