EMPLOYMENT;PARENTAL BEREAVEMENT
This Order brings into operation Part 1 of the Schedule (and Part 4 so far as it relates to that Part) to the Parental Bereavement (Leave and Pay) Act (Northern Ireland) 2022 (c. 5). Part 1 of the Schedule makes consequential amendments to other legislation, including references to Parental Bereavement Leave and Pay where relevant.

In this Order, “the Act” means the Parental Bereavement (Leave and Pay) Act (Northern Ireland) 2022.
