Citation and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Licensing and Registration of Clubs (Amendment) (2021 Act) (Commencement No. 4) Order (Northern Ireland) 2022.
(2)
In this Order “the Act” means the Licensing and Registration of Clubs (Amendment) Act (Northern Ireland) 2021.
Appointed Day
2.
The day appointed for the coming into operation of the provisions of the Act specified in the Schedule is 1st October 2022.
3.
The day appointed for the coming into operation of section 20 of the Act is 6th April 2023.
