The Social Security (Medical Evidence) and Statutory Sick Pay (Medical Evidence) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2022

The Department for Communities1, makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 5(1)(j) and (1A), 12(2) and 165(1), (4) and (5) of the Social Security Administration (Northern Ireland) Act 19922, and Articles 16(1), 74(1), (3) and (5) and paragraph 3 of Schedule 4 to, the Social Security (Northern Ireland) Order 19983 and now vested in it4, with the concurrence of the Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs, in so far as such concurrence is required5.
