The Occupational Pension Schemes (Collective Money Purchase Schemes) (Modifications and Consequential and Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2022

The Department for Communities makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 69(2)(b) and (4)(b), 93(1), (2), (3) and (4) and 109(1), (2), (3) and (6) of the Pension Schemes (Northern Ireland) Act 19931, Articles 35(4), 67(3A), 73(2)(b), 75(1), 87(2), 92(1)(b) and 166(1) and (2) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 19952, Article 3(1) of the Welfare Reform and Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 19993, and now vested in it4, Articles 200(1)(b) and (2), 236(1) and (2) and 280(1)(a) of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 20055 and sections 97(1) and (2) and 102(2) of the Pension Schemes Act 20216.
