1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as The Direct Payments to Farmers (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2022 and come into operation on 1st August 2022.
(2) In these Regulations “Regulation (EU) 1306/2013” means Regulation (EU) No. 1306/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the financing, management and monitoring of the common agricultural policy(1).
(3) The Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954(2) shall apply to these Regulations as it applies to an Act of the Assembly.
