i
the entry starting “A notice given for the purposes of regulation 31E of the 1995 Regulations”;
ii
the entry starting “A declaration made for the purposes of regulation 68 or 195 of the 2008 Regulations”.

In Column 2, omit in full the entry starting “A declaration made for the purposes of regulation 113 of the 2015 Regulations.”.
