Amendment of regulation 213 N.I.

52.—(1) Regulation 213 (Amount of lump sum: pension credit members) is amended as provided by paragraphs (2) and (3).

(2) Omit paragraph (3).

(3) In paragraph (4), omit the definition of “the beginning date” and the “and” which precedes it.
