Amendments to the 2009 Regulations N.I.

37.  In Regulation 140(2)(1) (students becoming eligible during the course of the academic year)—

(a) for sub-paragraph (d) substitute—

“(d) the student becomes a person described in paragraph 3(1)(a) of Schedule 2;”
