Appointed Day
2. The day appointed for the coming into operation of the following provisions of the Criminal Justice (Committal Reform) Act (Northern Ireland) 2022 is 17th October 2022–
(a)section 1 (Abolition of preliminary investigations);
(b)section 2 (Abolition of mixed committals: evidence on oath not to be given at preliminary inquiry);
(c)section 3 (Consequential amendments and repeals);
(d)the Schedule.
