Regulation 30 (Members’ contributions: employees)3 is amended as provided by paragraphs (2) to (4).

Where paragraph 2A or 3 of Schedule 9 applies, M’s contribution rate for the scheme year 2022/23 is the percentage specified in column 2 of the following table in respect of the corresponding pensionable earnings band specified in column 1 into which M’s pensionable earnings fall.
