section 44(1)(a) of the 2011 Act insofar as it relates to an offence under a Dog Control Order set out in Schedules 2 to 5 to the 2012 Regulations.

After paragraph (1) insert—
1A
The amount of a fixed penalty capable of being specified by a district council for a fixed penalty under—
a
Article 6(6A)(a) of the Litter Order;
b
section 44(1)(a) of the 2011 Act insofar as it relates to an offence under a Dog Control Order set out in Schedule 1 to the 2012 Regulations,
shall be not less than £50 and not more than £200.
