2.—(1) The Education (Curriculum Minimum Content) Order (Northern Ireland) 2007(1) is amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) In Part 5 of Schedule 2, in the Table headed “LEARNING FOR LIFE AND WORK: Personal Development”, in the Column entitled “Personal Health” after “Pupils should have opportunities to:” insert “Receive training in (i) cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR); and (ii) automatic external defibrillator (AED) awareness.”.
