5.—(1) The Civil Registration Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2012 (1) shall be amended as follows.
(2) In Regulation 11(1) after “Form 1” insert “, 1A or 1B”.
(3) In Regulation 12(4) after “Form 1,” insert “1A or 1B,”.
(4) In Regulation 16 –
(a)in paragraph (1) after “Form 2” insert “, 2A or 2B”; and
(b)in paragraph (2) after “Form 2” insert “, 2A or 2B” and after “Form 1, insert “1A or 1B”.
(5) In Regulation 20 after “Form 2,” insert “2A or 2B”.
(6) In Regulation 24(1) after “Form 3” insert “, 3A or 3B”.
(7) In Regulation 25(2) after “Form 3,” insert “3A or 3B”.
(8) In Regulation 31 after “Form 1” insert “, 1A or 1B”.
(9) In Regulation 35(2) after “Form 19” insert “, 19A or 19B”.
(10) In Regulation 37(2) after “Form 20” insert “, 20A or 20B”.
(11) Part 3 of the Schedule (which contains further amendments) shall have effect.
