Saving provision3
Notwithstanding the coming into force of section 50(6), by virtue of Article 2(1)(b), which repeals the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Northern Ireland) Order 19983, the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging Waste) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 20074 remain in operation and have effect as if made under Schedules 4 and 6.
