In regulation 74(2)39 (students becoming eligible in the course of an academic year)—
a
in paragraph (k) omit the terminal “or”;
b
in paragraph (l) for “.” substitute “; or”
;
c
after paragraph (l) insert—

the student becomes a person granted leave under one of the Afghan Schemes.
