Citation and commencement1
These Regulations may be cited as the Licensing (Notice Relating to Restaurants and Guest Houses) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2022 and shall come into operation on 7th April 2022.
Form and dimensions of Notice2
A notice under Article 51(4B) of the Licensing (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 must –
a
contain the information specified in the Schedule; and
b
be contained in a document the dimensions of which are no less than 297 mm in length and 210 mm in width.
