Amendment of Part 7

39.  In Rule 7.20 (Orders enforcing compliance with the Order)—

(1) In paragraph (1), before sub-paragraph (a) insert—

“(za) Article 13EB (Provision of information to monitor);”.

(2) In paragraph (2), before sub-paragraph (a) insert—

“(za) under Article 13EB, the monitor;”.
