Working Tax Credit (Entitlement and Maximum Rate) Regulations 2002 N.I.

10.  In the Working Tax Credit (Entitlement and Maximum Rate) Regulations 2002(1), in regulation 5 (time off in connection with childbirth and adoption)—

(a) in paragraph (1)(k), after “under section 80EA of the Employment Rights Act 1996” insert “or Article 112EA of the Employment Rights (Northern Ireland) Order 1996”; and

(b) in paragraph (3C) after “Part 2 of the Statutory Parental Bereavement Pay (General) Regulations 2020” insert “or Part 2 of the Statutory Parental Bereavement Pay (General) (No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2023”.
