Childcare Payments (Eligibility) Regulations 2015 N.I.

23.—(1) The Childcare Payments (Eligibility) Regulations 2015(1) are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

(2) In regulation 12 (qualifying paid work: time off in connection with sickness or parenting), in paragraph (1)—

(a) in sub-paragraph (n)—

(i) omit “in relation to England, Wales and Scotland only,”; and

(ii) after “section 80EA of the Employment Rights Act 1996” insert” “or Article 112EA of the Employment Rights (Northern Ireland) Order 1996”.

(b) in sub-paragraph (o)—

(i) omit “in relation to England, Wales and Scotland only,”; and

(ii) after “Part 12ZD of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992” insert” “or Part 12ZD of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992”.
