1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Provision of Health Services to Persons Not Ordinarily Resident (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2023 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2024.
(2) In these Regulations, “the principal Regulations” means the Provision of Health Services to Persons Not Ordinarily Resident Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015(1).
