The Department for the Economy makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 11(1) and (6), and 20(1) of the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 20231 (“the 2023 Act”).
The Department for the Economy is a relevant national authority for the purposes of section 11(1) of the 2023 Act.
