These Regulations may be cited as the Health and Social Care Pension Scheme (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2023.

These Regulations come into operation on 1 April 2023 and have effect as provided by paragraphs (3) to (5).

Part 2, Part 3, and regulations 18, 19, 22, 25 and 26 have effect from 15 March 2015.

Part 6 has effect from 1 April 2022.

Regulations 20, and 21 and Part 5 have effect from 1 November 2022.
