Amendment of regulation 140 N.I.

12.  In regulation 140 (pensionable service: breaks in service)(1)—

(a) in paragraph (1) after “parental leave,” insert “shared parental leave,”;

(b) in paragraph (7) after “parental leave,” insert “shared parental leave,”.
