The Department for the Economy1 makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 167ZZ9, 167ZZ11, 167ZZ12 and 171(4) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 19922 and Articles 112EA(1), 112ED(h) and 251(6) of the Employment Rights (Northern Ireland) Order 19963.
