Amendment of the Police Service of Northern Ireland and Police Service of Northern Ireland Reserve (Injury Benefit) Regulations 2006

3.—(1) The Police Service of Northern Ireland and Police Service of Northern Ireland Reserve (Injury Benefit) Regulations 2006(1) shall be amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

(2) In Schedule 1 in the definition of “public holiday”, for 2023 only, after “first Monday in May” insert “, second Monday in May”.
