The Period Products (the Department for the Economy Specified Public Service Bodies) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2024

The Department for the Economy1 makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(1), (2)(c) and (d), (7)(a), (b) and (c), and (9) of the Period Products (Free Provision) Act (Northern Ireland) 20222 and after consultation in accordance with section 2(8) of that Act.
