The Department of Finance (1), in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 8A and 8B of the Government Resources and Accounts Act (Northern Ireland) 2001 (2), makes the following Order.
In accordance with section 8A(5) of the Act the Department of Finance have consulted, where they think it appropriate, with the Treasury.
Formerly the Department of Finance and Personnel renamed the Department of Finance by section 1(4) of, and Schedule 1 to, the Departments Act (Northern Ireland) 2016 (c.5 (NI))
2001 (c.6) (NI), sections 8A and 8B were inserted by the Financial Reporting (Department and Public Bodies) Act (Northern Ireland) 2022 (c.8)
