The Working Time Regulations (Northern Ireland) 20163 are amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).

In regulation 2(2) (interpretation)4, for the definition of “statutory leave” substitute—
“statutory leave” means leave provided for in Part IX of the 1996 Order;
