Amendments to the Working Time Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016 N.I.

2.—(1) The Working Time Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016(1) are amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).

(2) In regulation 2(2) (interpretation)(2), for the definition of “statutory leave” substitute—

““statutory leave” means leave provided for in Part IX of the 1996 Order;”.

(3) In regulation 17(5) (compensation related to entitlement to leave)(3), for “regulation 16(7)” substitute “regulation 16(6) or (7)”.
