Citation, commencement and interpretation1.

These Regulations may be cited as the Recovery of Health Services Charges (Amounts) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2024 and shall come into operation on 1st October 2024.

In these Regulations “the principal Regulations” means the Recovery of Health Services Charges (Amounts) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 20063.
