Where, on the date that these Regulations come into operation, a work search requirement or work availability requirement is limited under regulation 95(4) of the Universal Credit Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016 or regulation 14(3) of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016, the limitation is to end on–
a
the day before the day on which the limitation no longer applies; or
b
if earlier, 21st March 2024.
